There were some unexpected delays in the processing of the demolition permit and removal of the Western Power meters.
These delays meant that demolition did not commence during April as planned.
However, the demolition permit has now been received and demolition is booked to commence on 6th May. The demolition should take 2 weeks to complete.
The building contract has been out for tender and the landowner is now in negotiations with the successful tenderer with the aim of signing a building contract this week.
