Working with Jess has been refreshing to say the least. My property recently became available following the departure of long-term (5 years) Tenants. As I had not gone through the leasing cycle for some time, the advice on market conditions, Tenants expectations and works to be carried out proved invaluable. Following just one open inspection, Jess received a total of 37 applications and was quick to deliver a shortlist for consideration. The Tenants selected in consultation with Jess have now moved in and are proving to be a good fit with the rest of the residences within the complex. Property vacancy was kept to a minimum and the required maintenance was coordinated to ensure no impact to either the outgoing or incoming Tenants. I highly recommend Jessica Dunbar and the team at Celsius who have managed 2 of properties over the past decade. Living in another state has meant that I have had to put a lot of faith and trust in the team and they have never let me down. They have always found good tenants, performed routine inspections and communicated regularly on any issues or updates. They have also gone above and beyond to organise replacement items in my furnished unit. I don’t know many property managers that would personally go and buy housewares for a rental property. The service they provide is second to none, they are friendly and professional. You won’t find better in my opinion.

The Celsius Property Team have been managing our investment properties for more than ten years.
