For more than two decades, Celsius Property Group has delivered a diverse range of residential developments across Western Australia, including apartment developments, townhouse communities, mixed-use projects and residential land estates.

Our experience across both built-form and land developments allows us to provide strategic oversight from early feasibility and planning through to project delivery and settlement.

By working closely with consultants, builders, stakeholders and project partners, we are able to navigate the complexities of the development process while delivering carefully considered outcomes across a range of project types.

Development Portfolio

Projects such as Vic Quarter in Victoria Park, Lucent in Claremont, Park Terraces in Shenton Park and Elysian in Subiaco, reflect our experience in delivering thoughtfully considered developments across a range of residential formats.

More recently, our development portfolio has expanded to include residential land estates. Through Celsius Living, we have successfully delivered projects in Piara Waters and Champion Lakes, with each estate carefully planned to support connected and evolving communities.
