Brenton is the driver of the Celsius Land business. Brenton’s previous experience in property development, valuation and property funds management means he is well equipped to lead the land division. With a 20 year history in property, Brenton was previously General Manager Development of one of WA’s largest land developers before joining Celsius.
Brenton started his career as a property valuer in Perth in 1998 before moving to Melbourne in 2002, working in Development Management and Property Funds Management. In 2013 Brenton returned to Perth and managed many of Perth’s best land developments.
Brenton’s philosophy is to acquire well located properties that will have a point of difference in their local market.
