I’m very pleased to report that the builder has finally achieved practical completion and all of the villas are completed except for minor defects which are currently being rectifying.
On Thursday 29th September we held an official opening and house warming of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties within 125 Bank Street, built as a joint venture between Shift Accessible Homes, Celsius Property Group and Rocky Bay.
We look forward to the final tenants moving into their new homes in the coming weeks.
In what has been unprecedented construction conditions, we are pleased with the final product and would like to thank our architect, CBD Architects, and builder, Northerly, for assisting us in delivering the project.
