Since our last update the demolition permit was assessed and granted by City of Belmont. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the permit being issued which meant demolition was not able to commence prior to the Christmas break. However, the demolition contractor has now commenced and should be completed by the end of next week.
The working drawings have also been completed and City of Belmont have assessed these and issued the building permit.
