Since last month’s update, the 1st floor slabs for the two townhouses have been poured and the slabs have been allowed to cure.
The curing process is now completed so the formwork has been removed and scaffold erected which will allow the bricklayers to commence laying the first floor walls.
The two villas have had their roof frames erected, fascia and soffits hung and are ready for the roof sheeting to be installed.
The builder’s focus next month will be for the bricklayers to complete the first floor walls of the two townhouses.
