39 Wicca Street, Rivervale – Project Update September 2018

Welcome to the first project update for our latest development located at 39 Wicca Street, Rivervale. This boutique development will comprise 4 strata titled lots, being 2 villas and 2 townhouses.

The development is perfectly located less than 800m to Belmont Forum, which recently underwent a $65 million redevelopment, and the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre. It is also less than 5km to the Perth CBD.

Integrity Developments have been selected as the chosen builder and will be constructing the development under a design and construct contract.

A development application was lodged with the City of Belmont on 21 September 2018. We anticipate the approval process should not take longer than 60 days.
