We are pleased to report that the City of Belmont has granted the development approval for 39 Wicca Street, Rivervale. Approval was granted for 2 villas and 2 townhouses.
The next stage on the planning front is to complete the working drawings and apply for the building permit. The builder, Integrity, is currently drafting the working drawings and aiming to have them completed within a fortnight. Upon their completion we will apply for the building permit.
In the meantime, we have submitted a demolition application to the City of Belmont and it is currently being assessed.
With Christmas fast approaching, Integrity is aiming to complete the demolition and make a start on the earthworks before all works will cease for the Christmas break.
