We are pleased to report that the council has provided its clearance for the subdivision of 37 Sackville Terrace and our Surveyor has now lodged for titles with Landgate.
We expect Landgate will process the application for titles in 4-6 weeks so we are looking at titles issuing in mid to late November.
The builder has completed some forward works on site which includes installation of the soak wells to the access driveway and earthworks to the remainder of the site, including removal of all excess vegetation.
The builder is now preparing to submit the building permit for the remainder of the works, however this permit can’t be submitted until the new titles have issued.
