Good progress is being made on site at Lucent Claremont this month.
All piling to the site has been completed and the bulk excavation of the basement has now commenced.
The ground level has been fully excavated exposing the piles to the eastern boundary which is elevated from the Davies Road side of the property.
The piles have been coated with Shotcrete and the next level of excavation to the 1st floor basement has commenced.
