During May the formwork for the first floor slabs for all six townhouses was completed and the slabs poured. The rear four townhouses were poured in early May and their slabs have now cured and the bricklayers are starting to construct the party walls between the townhouses. Unfortunately the wet weather towards the end of the month has caused some delays for the bricklayers.
The focus during June will be to complete the party walls and to make good progress on erecting all of the wall framing for the first floor across all 6 townhouses.
