Construction is progressing on schedule with piling now complete. Over the last two weeks the piles have been cropped and the capping beam has been formed and poured around the perimeter of the site. Bulk excavation will now commence with approx. 22,000 cubic meters of soil to be removed from the site to allow for the double basement. Temporary anchors will be installed around the perimeter of the site as the excavation progresses. The anchors will ensure the piles can maintain the required loads ahead of the Basement and ground floor slabs being poured.
