We are very pleased to report that construction has now commenced on site at 650 Albany Highway.
The builder has begun the main excavation works for the basement carpark which has involved piling on the boundaries to Albany Highway and Miller Street. Once the piling is in place the basement will be fully excavated and the building footings will be constructed. The forward works for the project also involves the diversion of the sewer line that currently runs through our proposed basement.
The plumber will commence work on this diversion in the coming weeks. We look forward to updating you as the project progresses.
