Joshua joined our team in June, but has experience which spans 6+ years from working in the UK real estate sector. He has mastered his skills in managing maintenance operations, tenant relations, lease negotiations, inspections, and property marketing.
Joshua possesses several qualifications including a BA Honours in English and Journalism, complemented by a Master’s Degree in 21st Century Literature, reflecting his analytical capabilities and his excellent communication skills.
Known for his outstanding time management, ability to thrive under pressure, and strong communication skills, Joshua offers Celsius clients a seamless, stress-free experience whilst managing their properties or helping new tenants find a home.
