Despite some wet weather in April good progress has been made on site.
The brickwork to the ground level of the townhouses is now complete and work has commenced on the formwork for the first floor slab. At the rear building the slab has now cured and work is underway on the brickwork of the first floor apartments.
Once this brickwork is complete, work will commence on the roof structure to the rear building with the aim of achieving roof cover before the winter months commence.
