Good progress has been made at Almond Lane since our last update. The ground floor slabs have now been poured and are currently curing. Brickwork has commenced on the basement parking to the townhouses and these walls will now be waterproofed before the soil is backfilled.
Works will commence on the sewer cut-in next week which will then allow commencement of brickwork to the rear of the lot.
