We are pleased to report good progress has been made during March. The first floor slab to the front Townhouses has now been poured and the stairwell to the basement has also been constructed.
At the rear building the formwork is now complete ready for the first floor slab to be poured. The Reo has been installed and the plumbing and electrical services been fitted ready for the concrete to be poured later this week.
Work will commence on the brickwork to the first floor of the townhouses once the slab has cured. We currently remain on track to complete the building in December this year, but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call.
