Celsius Developments is pleased to commence its latest townhouse development located at 77 – 79 Anzac Rd, Mt Hawthorn. The 1,656m2 site will be developed into six townhouses.
Dale Alcock has been appointed as the builder with practical completion due 25 January 2021.
To date, the earthworks and retaining have been completed, the prelays installed and the slabs poured. The slabs are currently curing. The bricklayers will commence shortly and the focus for March will be to progress as far as possible with the first floor walls and hopefully commence the formwork for the first floor slab.
