The builder’s focus during November was to commence the kitchen fitouts and finish the bathroom and laundry fitouts. The builder was able to make good progress and all of the kitchens, bathrooms and laundries have had their cabinetry installed and tiles laid. The plumbers and electricians will now follow through those areas and complete their fit-offs.
Externally, the limestone retaining wall has been installed between the front and rear townhouses and preparations have commenced for the paving to occur.
