Project Update – Celsius Living – Champion Lakes
44 of the 54 sales in Stage 1 have now settled with the first homes now under construction. A preferred tenderer has been chosen for the public open space landscaping, with works expected to commence in September. Stage 1 is sold out. The stage 2 engineering design (50 lots) is complete with the works due to be tendered in the coming fortnight.
Project Update – Exmouth Marina land and housing development
Celsius Land is project managing the remainder of the Exmouth marina consisting of 158 residential lots and 15 commercial lots. A subdivision application was lodged with the Western Australian Planning Commission on 3 June with an approval issued on 22 August. Engineering design of stage 1 is complete with the construction of stage 1 (112 lots) currently out to tender and a sales release planned later this year.
