Since our last update the shade cover structure for the vacuuming bays, exterior painting and landscaping were all completed and the car wash tunnel was also poured. Those were the last outstanding items before practical completion could be granted, which has now occurred.
As the project has now reached practical completion, we have handed the building over to the tenant who will commence their fitout in the coming days. Consequently, this will be the final update for this project.
We would like to thank our builder, Customised Projects, and architect, Hindleys & Associates, for a fantastic job under what have been challenging circumstances.
