During February the roof was completed, the windows installed and external doors hung. This has allowed the cafe and equipment rooms to achieve lock up.
The electricians have now installed the distribution board and are roughing in the electrical wiring throughout the building. Hanging of the wall sheeting has also commenced.
The builder is aiming to achieve practical completion by the end of March, at which point Magic Hands will take possession and complete their fitout.
