We are pleased to report that all local authority clearances have been obtained for the proposed development at 45 Halley Street. The proposed strata plan has been lodged with Landgate and we expect new titles will issue in the next 4 weeks.
Once titles issue and the new purchasers have settled on the land, the builder will apply for the building permit with the aim of commencing construction as soon as possible.
