Donna-lee’s career in Finance spans more than 40 years, beginning as a bank trainee with R&I Bank, before progressing through the ranks at ANZ to become a Bank Manager at just 26 years of age. Since then, she has built an extensive career across banking, mortgage broking, real estate and automotive finance, developing a depth of knowledge and experience that enables her to guide clients through some of life’s most significant financial decisions.
As one of the first to enter the industry, Donna-lee became a Mortgage Broker in 1999 and has remained at the forefront of the profession ever since. She holds a certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services and has been a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) for more than 20 years.
Since joining Celsius in 2010, Donna-lee has helped clients in purchasing a wide range of residential, investment and commercial property. She has secured finance for clients across many of Celsius’ landmark developments including Vic Quarter, Bank St, Whatley, The Fitz, Elysian, Piara Waters and Champion Lakes.
Known for her warm, approachable communication style, Donna-lee takes the time to understand each of her client’s unique circumstances to provide clear, practical guidance throughout the entire property journey. Her focus extends beyond securing a loan, helping clients structure their finances to support both their immediate goals and long-term plans. Donna-lee takes pride in the fact that many of the families she first assisted years ago are now returning with their children as they begin their own property journeys, a reflection of the ongoing connection and trust she has built throughout her career.
Donna-lee is passionate about helping Western Australians achieve financial security and home ownership. Outside of work, she is actively involved in community sport and local fundraising initiatives.
