I am pleased to report that our subdivision approval has now been granted by the West Australian Planning Commission. Application fees have been paid to Western Power and Water Corp and we expect work to commence on the provision of services to the new lots in the next 6 weeks.
We remain on track to have new titles issued by the end of July, but will continue to update you on progress in the coming months.
