We are pleased to report that excellent progress is being made on site at Sackville Terrace. Roof cover has now been achieved on all lots and the rear lots are now at Lock up stage with all windows and doors now installed.
Internally the white set has been completed on all the walls, ceilings and cornices have been installed and work has also commenced on the bathroom tiling.
All external walls have been rendered and the feature stonework is currently being laid. The painters have now commenced on site and they will be followed shortly after by the cabinet maker as we begin installing the kitchen and bathroom joinery.
We remain on track for completion in September, but we will continue to update you as the project progresses.
