We are pleased to report that excellent progress is being made at Sackville Terrace. The rear three lots now have roof cover and the internal wall render is complete. The external render is now also close to completion.
The front four units have the timber roof frames completed and work is about to commence installing the cover.
Internally the electrical rough ins have been completed in all units and the plumbing prelays are also complete.
We remain on target for completion in September, but we will advise you of a firm date closer to the time. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to call.
