We are pleased to report that the Strata Plan has now been examined by Landgate and it has been sent to WAPC for their final approval.
We expect this occur within the week and if no issues are raised titles should issue next week. Once settlements have been affected our Builder will submit their building permit and the aim will be to commence construction in January next year.
