Despite the wettest June in Perth for 6 years, good progress was made on site this month. Bulk excavation is now completed and only one section of basement slab remains to be poured. The ground floor slabs only have two sections remaining which will be poured this weekend. The plumbing and electrical pre-lays are completed in the basement level and the mechanical extraction equipment will be delivered to site tomorrow to begin installation.
On the ground floor half the concrete columns have now been formed and poured and the AFS wall installation has begun. Work will commence shortly on the formwork for the first floor slab.
